How do I purchase and download the game?
You do not have to purchase the game, as it is free to play. You can download it on our Itch.io or Steam page. The link below is to the current build that is available on our Itch page.
How do I install and run the game on my computer?
To install and run the game on your computer, head to our itch page or steam page and download the ZIP file for the most current build. After that (for itch) head over to your file system and unzip the folder and double click on the Blacksite Theta file and that will launch the game!
Is there controller support?
Blacksite Theta does offer the use of controllers, if your controller isn't working head into the game menu and re-bind the buttons to the desired controls.

Can I play this game offline or do I need an internet connection?
You need an internet connection to download the game from the GitHub link or the Steam page, but once it is downloaded, you can play it locally on your computer, since there are no online features.
How do I configure the game settings?
When playing the game click the "Escape" button to access the menu, then click the "Options" tab and this page is where you can alter the game's graphics, resolution, and volume. This tab is also accessible from the main menu.
What are the controls for the game?
The "Controls" menu can be accessed by pressing the "Escape" button when playing the game. The controls can be configured to your choosing.

Can I transfer my progress to a different device or platform?
To transfer progress to other devices, first you should transfer the folder the game came downloaded with onto a flash drive. Those files have your save file within them and you can play the game on any computer with your save data.
